Here's the honest truth: day of coordination just isn't enough support. That's why our coordination package actually starts 3 months out from your wedding date. We want you to feel secure, supported, and ready to enjoy your day.

What happens after we book?

Immediately after booking we give you our month by month to do list, our recommended vendor list, and questions to ask vendors and venues. We'll reach out about 3 months out to get started!

How many coordinators will be at my wedding?

You will always have at least two coordinators on the day of your wedding. You may have 3 depending on the guest count, locations, and more.  

Can I book for coordination and add planning on later?

Yes! If you decide throughout the process that you need more support, you absolutely can elevate your package to partial or full planning.

Do you help with setup and breakdown?

Yes! We can set up your personal items (guest book, welcome table, placecards) and can help with larger items. Breakdown is included in our coordination package! 

Can you help us stick to our budget? 

Unfortunately this isn't something we help with in our coordination package. By the time we start working together, you probably will have purchased most of the items for your wedding. It's our goal to execute the wedding you've planned. If you're looking for budget help, check out our planning options!
